By sending my child to camp, I release Unity Presbyterian Church and its directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers, and assigns from any and all liability for, and waive any and all claims for, injury, loss, or damage in any way connected with my child's participation in the program, including injury, loss, or damage caused in whole or in part by the organization or any of the above-listed organizations or individuals. I also understand that my child may be in a place where photography is used and may be visible in audio and video for promotional purposes.
